Even though I was born in Oulu 16.12.1974, I consider my home city to be Rovaniemi as I've spent most of my childhood there. After graduating from Rovaniemen Keskustan Lukio (nowadays Lyseonpuiston Lukio) in 1993, I moved to Oulu to study in Oulu University. I started working for Nokia as a summer trainee in 1995 (still working there). I finished my MSc thesis just before summer of 2000, while doing my military service in Finnish Air Force (rank: 2nd Lieutenant). My current work revolves around OpenGL ES, OpenVG and mobile graphics in general. Currently I live in Tampere, Finland.
